I paid 3.10 Eur for coffee and this huge slice of pie. You can also eat smth - soup, salad.

Brussels 10K & 5K Gaston Roelants: run on Sunday 18 December!

Taigi taigi, mano pirmos "varžybos" ne Lietuvoje. Varžybos kabutėse, nes tai Briuselio Kalėdinis bėgimas, kur dauguma bėga dėl idėjos, tačiau, aišku, yra ir rungtyniaujančių. Smagu ir tai, kad šių bėgimų cikle varžosi ir Belgijos miestai - kuriame bėgančiųjų bus daugiausia. 

Bėgau 5 km. Laikas 24:28, 84 iš 347 (man patinka sekti šiuos skaičius:) :)

Kas įdomaus?

1. Kiekvienas gauna vienkartinį "chipą". Jo nereikia grąžinti. Paslėptas už numerio:

2. Varžybų kaina, žiūrint iš vietinių kainų perspektyvos apskritai, nėra didelė - 5 km kainavo 9 eurus, 10 km - 19 eurų (be marškinėlių).

3. Startavo 1883 žmonės.

4. Puiki organizacija - persirengimo kabinos, dušai, daiktų saugojimas, masažas. Orkestras, pramogų miestelis (maistas, gėrimai žiūrovams, kurių buvo tikrai nemažai).

5. Trasa - parko keliuku.

6. Informacinės technologijos - savo rezultatą gali gauti ant FB sienos iš karto po rungtynių.

Smagus bėgimas, ieškosiu kitų rungtynių Briusely.

After participating in the human rights conference, where Garry Kasparov (no need to introduce) gave a speech on human rights and situation in Belorussia and Russia, the very same evening I ended up downloading chess application to play before falling asleep.

- Petit Palais: belgian (le vol-au-vent/bouchée à la reine est canon)
- IIème Elément: viet/thai
- La Bruschetta: italien, plats de pâtes super originaux
- Houtsiplou: belgian, nice decoration- De Valeras: irish bar, best hamburgers in town
- Ars Vinums : tratoria cosy very nice and delicious

- le corbeau (food is not the most amazing, but from 12pm onward people start dancing on the table, it is  crazy apparently)

- restobière: belgian food

- Volle gas: belgian food
